How to check check `Z` table record deletion?

Hi Guru`s,
Want to know how to check whether who has deleted a record from any `Z` table.
This is a bit urgent.

    In technical settings of "Z" table i.e in SE11 transaction, there is a check box for "Log data changes". If it is checked , system will log all "Update/Delete" changes of data .
     
     you can review these change logs from transaction Table history i.e "scu3".
