You cannot import any requests for project (project_name) at the moment
After calling transaction STMS and while attempting to import a transport for a specific project (eg MED_P00002) we get an error
Message no. CTSPRJ045
Diagnosis
You are not currently allowed to make any imports for project MED_P00002 into the SAP syestem MEP. The project system switch is currently set to Requests cannot be imported
Procedure
Discuss the timing of the import with the project manager
But when we check the status of the project (SPRO_ADMIN) it says that importing is possible
Solution
This issue is because of recently changed transport routes to client dependent from client independent.
And also the CTC=0 was changed to CTC=1 in the Transport Tool tab of STMS either manually or due to the change made to transport route
As the table, CTS_PRSTAT contains the entries for both client dependent and client independent routes
And those with an 'X' in PRJ_STATE allow import. Therefore to resolve this issue we must remove the entry (TRKORR = <project_name>) which is not assigned to the client and do not have 'X' in PRJ_STATE
