Raise exception - ABAP dump

Hi All,

In dump analysis I`m getting RAISE_EXCEPTION error. Why it happens? .
Could  anybody explain please.

Error analysis                                                        
   A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLCNDP " raised the exception    
condition "CNTL_SYSTEM_ERROR".                                        
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior program        
in the hierarchy, processing was terminated.
