    Hi Ditto,

I was trying to implement the mass password reset for my users but facing some problems. In my text file:

    s1234567C safdsafd safdsafd
    s2468101D safdsafd safdsafd

There were no problems with the lsmw steps and the sm35 sessions look ok. When I checked the suim change docs, it shows password changed as well. But when I tried to login with the password - safdsafd, I could not login.

I did a check in USR02 and see that the password are all zeros. Could u pls advise what could be the problem?
    Thanks very much.

    Best regards,

By e way, the contents in the text file are separated using a tab.

Any prompt help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi Joyce,

If it is not working with notepad. Try using Excel file save the Excel as .cvs and during upload in LSMW transaction select the option as " comma seperated ".

    Hope it will work.
