    Hi Manoj,

There is 2 possibilities on your error :
    1. One is your data file is corrupt like Shailesh comment.
    2. Your SGA_MAX_SIZE and shared_pool too small. SGA_MAX_SIZE = 1 GB min / shared_pool = 600 Mb

once the installation process error out diring the ABAP import phase, it is quite dificult to continue from the same point in time.
you have two options. either you start over again which is easier but longer or make manual changes in specific XML files. it is do-able but requires good understanding.

    Hope this is helpful.

    Hi

    1. Use latest SAPINST file (DVD)
    2. Have u created DDL statement before system export?
    3. Check the kernel patch version. (In DVD and on system which u exported)

    Friends,

After trying so many things, I have been tired. But, I became successful just by increasing RAM to 4 GB & virtual memory on C: drive to 8 GB. Rest of the things just worked normally.
