SAP is down. R3trans -d not connecting the DB after upgrade

Updated May 18, 2018

We have upgraded our system from ORA 9/ECC 5.0 to ORA 10g/ECC 6.0 The upgrade went successfully we were able to login and run transactions. I increased some work processes in RZ10 and took a re-start. Now after the re-start, DB is opening but SAP is not coming up.  Below is the list of activities and their results, which I have performed

Please login in OS by SIDADM and run command df-g and chek the files system, may be any one of fule system is 100% full , if any one is 100% full then run command chfs - k=+2G /filesystem name wich increase 2 GB space

Please check the env variables DIR_LIBRARY or dbms_type for orasid ?

Please start oracle instance directly from SQL prompt. Might be issue with Oracle itself. If its successfully started then test connection from user adm. You can also verify oracle library which is complaining in your error log. You can also verify oracle client environment variables. Please verify NLS_LANG for sure.. whether you are using appropriate Oracle client or not. Here are some more parameters you can verify.
    dbms_type=
    dbs_ora_tnsname=
    dbs_ora_schema=
    ORACLE_SID=
    DB_SID=
    ORACLE_BASE=
    ORACLE_HOME=
    NLS_LANG=

Hope this will help. If still did'nt work then please upload Trans.log file. There could be issue with port or services. You can analyse this log for root cause.
