How to analyse system performance issues and what are they if anyone will answer here it would be great help to me.
Thanks in Advance.
Here I came across with a fine query related to the system performance which really need to be answered. So, if I talk about analysis of system performance then I would love to suggest you guys that it could be done with the help of log data. And for this I selected the following five area as they are trending and common based on users:
1.Slow Response Time: These area is one of the most trending and common measure which is easily available from the log data. In this phase users from log data always provides you a fine idea about the time taken to be attended a request pushed by them. It represents that how well an application is working or responding to the various elements along with application server and database.
2. Memory Issues and Garbage Collection: Out of memory errors can be tragic whenever they occur and conclude the application crash just because the lack of belongings. Nonetheless a dominant indicator of out of memory issues can be garbage collection performance. So, it can be a reason to slow down the user’s experience for application.
3.Deadlocks and Threading Issues: Occurence of deadlocks in various sizes and shapes affected a lot and freeze the system to slow it down. As you know that deadlock is a situation in which two or more than it actions wait for the each other to finish but unable to do the same and it results the system’s performance slow down.
4.High Resources Regime: High resources usage like metric, CPU, Disk and insufficient bandwidth can also be a case to slow down the performance of system.
5.Database Issues and Slow Queries:It may also slow down the performance of system and slow down the user experience. It means sometimes queries asked returned without any related answer can make the user frustrate but the faint issues can be when user get the related answer but that took lot time to load can make it worsen. So, one can easily analyze the performance of system from this too.
