How can we analyse whether the Licenses provided to Users are legal/ correct and not violating the License Agreement.
Kindly suggest to me some steps/ process to check the validity of the User License Type.

If there are any contradictions with the terms of your SAP software contract or with an agreement with your SAP Sales representative, then the terms of your contract, the SAP price list that your contract is based on, and any agreements with your SAP Sales representative take precedence.
SAP Application Classification
User who modifies, develops and extends SAP applications, including the ability to create new analytic applications
SAP development tool users or external SAP consultants with development tasks
SAP Application Developer
User who performs Enterprise Performance Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance-Applications and the Business Information and Analysis-Package of the SAP BusinessObjects-Portfolio.
SAP Application Business Expert
User who performs operational-related roles supported by the SAP software
SAP Application Professional
User who performs system administration tasks for the purpose of managing the performance of the application and maintenance of the latest revision level
User who performs any human resources task, including but not limited to administration, payroll, time management, personal development, recruitment, total reward, training, strategic alignment and workforce analysis personnel within the customer organization (such as payroll administrators, recruiter, etc)
External or internal consultants with customizing tasks
User who performs limited operational-related roles supported by the SAP software

SAP Application Limited Professional
User with limited access to Performance Management Roles or to view, print, and download standard and static reports (embedded read-only analytics) as well as retrieving documents from knowledge management systems. Limited performance management roles are defined through viewing of information (such as reports, ad hoc queries, and dashboards) presented by Packages for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), by Packages for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or by the Business Information and Analysis Package from the SAP BusinessObjects portfolio provided that those Packages are licensed.
SAP Application Employee
User who performs on a NetWeaver Full Use System. User who deploy the SAP NetWeaver functions BI or Portal only.
