APS Started with Errors after Upgrading BI 4.0 to BI 4.1
You are having this issue because when we checked the logs of APS found error found error below

Caused by: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$InvalidObjectID: The object with ID Ad7w68IutB5BjpD7GO8DWC4 does not exist in the CMS or you do not have the right to access it (FWM 02020)
If further researched through Query Builder, found that Promotion management Application is Missing in CMS Database after upgrading.
We able to start APS server after excluding Life cycle Manager Service successfully.
To resolve this issue please do as following:
- Uninstall BI 4.1 SP1.
- Run the prevoius setup in Repair mode.
- Download BI 4.1 SP1 from Service Market Place and install.
- APS and Promotion Management works fine.
