Instructions for Completing the Job Description Template
1. Please use this template for all the resource requests, either offshore or onsite and both Replacement/Lateral requests and for New or existing business.
2. Please include information on all of the following factors:
I. Requestor Summary
Please mention the Vertical or Horizontal names of the Resourcing owning unit and also where the resource is going to be deployed at.
II. Position Summary - purpose of the position
a. Mention the reason for requesting the resource. If this is a replacement position, mention the Name and Emp ID of the resource who is being replaced.
III. Job Description or Major functions/Role of the position
List the major duties and responsibilities of this position, in order of importance. Be brief but include all Important duties. (Technical and Functional)
IV. Core Skills :
a. Choose the mandatory skills required to perform the job.
b. Avoid choosing more than 5 skills since it may not be feasible to source Resources with lot many skills
V. Secondary Skills :
a. Choose the skills which are good to have or which are basic and can be trained and deployed
ALL the fields are MANDATORY.

5+ Years of SAP functional experience in the areas of IS Retail with clear understanding of the configuration and integration points with SAP MM and SD
