ATP in Sales Order

I have ATP issue when create Sales Order.
say material A
Material sloc Batch qty
A cc 100 0
A dd 200 40

I am using ATP for Sales Order is activated 02 : Individual requirements for
Sales order (check against RLT). during a sales order creation, system
will check ATP based on RLT (and Stock + Production order).
i using ATP for Delivery too

When I create Sales Order with qty 10 and i input sloc dd with batch 200 in sales order the system show availability control with confirmed qty 0, the system will not showing availability control when I don't input batch in sales order.

Any idea how to solve that?

This will be based on your settings in availability controls in
(IMG>>SD>>BASIC FUNCTIONS>>TRANSFER OF REQUIREMENTS AND
AVBL.CHECK>>>AVAILABILITY CHECK>>AVBL.CHECK AGAIANST ATP LOGIC>>DEFAULT
SETTINGS)

Maybe here you have assigned blank(dialog box in case of shortage).

Also the interesting thing here is even though you have the stock for 200
batch--why system is not taking this stock as avbl stock.
can you please check the "the checking rule you assigned to your
availability check--that is activation of " no storage location inspection"
field .
