Trusted RFC Connection Error in bgRFC monitor

Hello SAP Experts,

I have configured Notification Channel according to SAP Document 2488945. The Demo Notification works properly but the notification is not received while creating workflow data such as Purchase Order

I also got an error 'No authorization to log via a trusted system (L-RC=1002 T-RC=2)' couldn't be found in the bgRFC monitor.

Please follow the steps below in order to regenerate the issue:

  • First go to SPRO in Notification Channel Provider system.
  • Now go to SAP Netweaver Next navigation step Notification Channel -> Next navigation step Notification Channel Provider Enablement -> Next navigation step Configuration -> Next navigation step Connection Settings -> Next navigation step Monitor bgRFC Queues
  • Now execute F8
  • Now please go to the folder Inbound Next navigation step IWNGW_BEP_OUT_BGRFC -> Next navigation step Units queued, you will notice the error mentioned above ie 'No authorization to log via a trusted system (L-RC=1002 T-RC=2)'.
