How can I automatically derive a Reconciliation Key in FI-CA from FCC?

The reconciliation key is derived in FI-CA event 1113. SAP provides function module FKK_SAMPLE_1113 and FKK_SAMPLE_1113_USER as a default implementation. The documentation of the function modules describes how to configure the Customizing accordingly.
