    HI,
COULD YOU GIVE ME SOME REFERENCE FOR INCREASE OF UTILIZATION CAPACITY
    IN THE WORK CENTER.
ITS CAPACITY IS 500KG/HR HOW TO INCREASE IT IN THAT WORK CENTER.
HOPE YOU REPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

    Hi,
Dear as per i know i will suggest u that,to map capacity in practice with sap it is nearly impossible .
but still u want to increase it, try following method,
    1)cr01 create w/c
2)in capacity view when u assign capacity(i.e setup & process. formulas) both for man & machine system give a capacity header after entering the set up & processing formula.
3)in that view,u will get capacity overload tab where u can give as "capacity overload -100%"
    4)also give capacity utilization 100%.

It means if ur If you have entered a percentage for the overload, it is also taken into account in the availability check for capacity. For example, if there is an overload of 10%, work centers with a capacity load of more than 110% are overloaded.
but it generally related with finite scheduling.so if the m/c is overload in production u will get max. output.
Actually it is not appropriate in practice because m/c & labour can never in ovrload full time,it is in overload as in season thats diffrernt thing.

i hope it will help u.
plz send ur cooment on above thing.
    thanks & regards
    Manish.

    Hi manish,

As per my idea just you goto archive the BOM.if you want archive or put deletion flag i cant understand but i ll tell you some idea.i think it is helpful to your quire y.please find below points.

    1. Go to T.code CCO1 and crate one ECN( engineering change number).
2.Go to T.code CS02 and give the BOM No,plant and change NO,then click on header button and put deletion flag in the screen and save it.

above mentioned points are required for put deletion flag for a BOM.

if you want to archive the BOM,it has so many methods.

Go to T.code SARA then maintain the plant records(CS_BOM) and save parameters, start immediately archiving and give the print run option then prepare a job.after finishing the job, T.code CS03 will show the BOM has not in plat level error message shown.

    Thanks & Regards
    Veera
