The Business Analyst (BA) supports the region in relation to operational analytics within the SMO organisation. The BA will be responsible for gathering and making sense of data, creating reports to assist with identifying business needs and identifying opportunities for growth. Creating and maintaining regional dashboards and any other analytics as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support directly to line manager to support business requirements.
Creation of and maintaining regular reporting e. g. end of month, regional dashboards etc.
Data analytics support for customer account growth
Basic Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degreewith 2 to 5 years in similar role
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel
Exposure to business operation units such as AP, Procurement, Finance with an emphasis on procurement processes
Proven ability to adhere to project timelines
Proven success in working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Experience analyzing, interpreting and managing data
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
