How to Calculate Useful life of Asset through WDV Method?

Hello Experts,

How to calculate useful life of asset through WDV method. I have tried but calculations showing wrong.

please do the needful.

You can calculate the same as straight line method. Where you do as configuration for depreciation key, there only we select straight line or decline balance method. In the asset master enter the capitalization date. Based on that useful will decide by client. later in depreciation area tab you can give the useful life. after that configuration you run depreciation normally AFAB.
