I am looking looking for a pre-implementation change management and communication strategy or approach to ensure the following:
1. Increase Awareness of Change
2. Reduce the probability of Resistance to upcoming change
3. Minimize impact on the changes that are likely on processes, systems and on people
4. Motivate active participation to ensure a higher adoption
Any or all possible modes or channels of communication in a corporate environment that can be incorporated in the communication calendar are most welcome.
