I have a new requirement where users want system to read IT0024 (Qualifications) records to determined whether a part time employee should be paid an hourly rate.
E.g.: An employee has Test A record maintained in IT0024. If employee passes Test A, system will pay $7.50/hr when the employee is deployed to work site and starts actual work. If failed, employee can still be deployed to a work site but system will pay $6.00/hr.
Is there any standard SAP HCM functionality that I use? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
