How to balance bigger confirmed quantity compared to delivered quantity? I want to deduct quantity in confirmed to balance with the delivered. What TCODE to use?

I am facing a poblem in sale order. The difference in quantity happened when i issue Billing.
Billed quantity is 1,018 EA but It was only 1,015.939 at Qty covert line. Detail is the picture below:
