Create Inner Join to Pool / Cluster Table

Hi can anyone tell me if it is possible to create an inner Join on a
cluster table. The tables in question are from the FICO side. They are
BSIP and BSEG (Cluster table). I am trying to link the document number
field in both tables. The field name in both tables is belnr. Thanks
