Paying co-code is which pays money whereas Sending co-code is which is used for communication purpose (by sending co-code business partner can understand company transaction). e.g: if our company is a group company and consists of 3 co-codes names "A, B & C" .for every purchase transaction under that company group, co-code "A" pays money.

Here co-code A is paying co-code. and whatever co-code has done a transaction is sending co-code.

    Here you may defferentiate them.

Sending co cd, who is actually paid the amount and paying co cd, who is responsible to pay the amount on behalf of sending co cd.
