First, you need to define in the Solution Manager system the process type of the Requests for Change/Incidents you would like to display on the mobile app.

    - For SAP IT Change Approval app, go to transaction SOLMAN_SETUP > Change Request Management > Perform Standard Configuration > Maintain Transaction Types. The transaction type of Request for Change will be used on the app. Optionally, you can directly maintain the transaction type of Request for Change by executing transaction "DNO_CUST04" and change the value of the field "CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW" to the desired type (SMCR, ZMCR ...).

Note: Transaction types of Change Document (SMHF, SMMJ, etc.) is not supported in the list currently. You can find some general information (system, transaction type) of the change documents when you go into the Request for Change > tap "Scope".

    - For SAP IT Incident Management app, go to transaction SOLMAN_SETUP > IT Service Management > Perform Standard Configuration > Maintain Transaction Type > Incidents. The default transaction type will be used on the app. Optionally, you can directly maintain the default transaction type of Incident by executing transaction "DNO_CUST04" and change the value of the field "PROCESS_TYPE" to the desired type (SMIN, ZMIN ...).

For more information about the transaction type setting in DNO_CUST04, see SAP Note 1483276.

Second, make sure that the used user is assigned to the Requests for Change/Incidents with the chosen process type, because the mobile app can only retrieve ones that are assigned to the logged user.

Finally, due to performance reasons the mobile app is configured to get by default only the Requests for Change/Incidents created during last 3 weeks. You can change it from the "Sync History" field of the in-app settings (choose different option and tap "Done" in the main in-app settings menu). Please note that the synchronization process may take longer depending on the amount of data to retrieve for the chosen period of time.
