Error Message 00058: Entry does not exists in TTXJ

While creating accounting documents (transactions FB01, FB60) or editing recurring documents (transaction FBD2) and receive message 00058: Entry && does not exists in TTXJ.

This error message is issued when checking an entered tax jurisdiction code against the defined tax jurisdiction codes in table TTXJ and the entered tax jurisdiction code does not exist.

Pleas help to solve it.

1) Define a valid Tax Jurisdiction code in transaction OBCP:
2) Deactivate the foreign key check following the steps below:
i. Go to transaction SE51:
ii. Click on Change and you will see the following screen:
iii. Deactivate foreign key check and activate screen:
