Error: ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel?

Hello Friends,
Help me frnds as I met with an error which I am unable to solve that. When I am using startup command then following error occurs:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
Process ID: 4598
Session ID: 1 Serial number: 5

So please try to share your expertise over this error if you guys can solve it then make it as soon as possible.

Check alert logfile for exact reason. Might be it due to lack of space on mount points.

Startup mount then show parameter dump you will get your alert logfile destination check there.

Set your export ORACLE_SID= sid name, then startup.

Your datafile destination would be filled chck for that and increase the size and start again.

Its better to check alert logfile for reason. Alert log location differ from 11g onwards. just google for location alert log according to your version.
