Expediting Report

Updated May 18, 2018

Hi SAP Gurus,
I need an exportable report for the purchasing group for visualization of items which require expediting.
I have as yet been unable to find any report, exportable or otherwise, which allows buyers to see what needs to be expedited for production needs.
Any help you could supply is greatly appreciated.

    Try ZM78

ask your abap guy to create you one screen or tcode which shows you all the
part numbers that are in backlog list, all the part numbers which are
behind schedule, according to your releases for every part.

    Hi,

If you are asking for a report and it is not available in SAP standard
reports. You can ask for the assistance of your abaper to create a
customize report that could cater your output requirement.

    Thank you

We use the exception report in MD 07 or MD 06 for this purpose. This way we are able to select the exception for each buyer, vendor and the message for move in of the purchase order. This report can be exported to Excel and printed
