What Happened to Database, Suddenly Listener Got Down?

Hello Experts,

I have this sitution that suppose 100 user conected to database and suddenly listener got down so what happened?

Kindly share your valuable thoughts here so i can proceed further.

Nothing, All the users continuous their activté on the database, only the news connections are not allowed.

Work of listener is to establish the connection between user and database. Once connection is established listener is out of scene.

For existing users nothing will be impacted but for new connections they can not connect to the DB.
