    Create an incompletion procedure and assign it to your order header. Include in the procedure VBAK-AUGRU. You can place a warning indicator so the user is told if they haven't filled the order reason field. Check out the standard incompletion procedure 14 which is usually assigned to Credit Memos

    Modify the userexit -MV45AFZZ give the checking cretiria 

    Ex: If company code , or ,Sales area is  then Order block shoud work .

    Create a transaction variant and for the particular field set it as mandatory in the screen variant.
