This position is for the HR Systems and Process department which are tasked with defining and refining HR processes across Cyient and implementing the HR systems as per the process defined. The position of the business analyst will play a key role in partnering with the HR department in studying and defining the processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Study and define efficient and effective processes wherever improvements are required to be implemented or new functionalities are to be introduced
o Document the process defined and develop requirements specifications that can be shared with the IT department for developing and implementing the functionality
o Develop process flow charts
o Test the software developed for the functionalities expected and ensure a defect free implementation.
o Acts as a bridge between the HR and IT teams for requirements collection, process definition, system development and implementation.
o Develop project plans for the implementations.
o Experienced in designing systems and defining processes
o Ability to work with teams across departments and across time zones
o Experience of working with ERP (SAP, Peoplesoft, Mfg/Pro, Lawson, Oracle) is highly preferred
Education:UG -Any Graduate
PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
