Incoming mail configuration

Dear all ,

I had configured outgoing mail configuration and it is working fine.Can anyone guide me the steps to configure incoming mail to SAP.Where the incoming mails will be stored in SAP.

If i want to see what are the mails sent so far from SAP, where i can see that?
