We are facing a problem. Our system platform is IBM I series (OS 400 and DB2). Currently we purchase another ibm i series server to make standalone server. We done system copy to new server. But as its different hardware key, I have generated the license. But after getting the license file the expiration date is changing to 14 days earlier from 9999. In the SAP note 94998 it has written that " Requesting an additional license key (high availability environment/cluster/failover installation) Choose "Change details for system" (page/pencil icon). If required, change the system data and choose "Continue" to proceed to the hardware data. Enter the new hardware key and choose "Save". Then choose "Continue" and finally "Send" to send your request to SAP..."
My question is, in time of pressing the submit button to create license, we put an email ID so that the license file come to that email ID. But in this note it is written send to SAP. How to send the license request to SAP?
