We are using GTS along with our ECC6 SAP.
In GTS, we have a quantity based license.
The part number has a quantity of 80 pieces assigned.
There is 1 sales order with 8 lines with this part number, line 10 for a quantity of 8, line 20 for 8, line 30 for 10, line 40 for 10, line 50 for 12, line 60 for 12, line 70 for 12 and line 80 for 8, for a total of all 8 lines equal to 80, which is on the license.
Lines 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 (for a total of 72) automatically assigned to the license.
Line 80 received the error that "The open quantity
was not sufficient"
When I look at the license in the quantity tab, it has the remaining quantity = 0 and the quantity depreciated as 80.
If I look at the assigned documents tab, it only states a total quantity of 72.
We have already started to create deliveries. On the license there is a separate line for delivery quantity. It states the total depreciated as 15, which is correct and the total is also in the assigned documents section.
Questions: 1) I thought that the assigned documents total should always equal the quantity depreciated.
Is that true?
2) Is it possible to get the quantities to match?
3) Is there something to look at to see where
it is calculating the 80 pieces depreciated to see what else it is picking up?
