There is information missing required for processing your MDM message:
To enable SAP Support to process your MDM message effectively the following information is required:
1 MDM version, Service package, Patch and build
e.g. MDM 7.1 SPnn Patch X 7.1.yy.zz
To find the build of all MDM client components please look at client menu item: Help / About component
To find the build of MDM servers please go to installation directory
(e.g. Windows: C:usrsapMDMMDS00exe), click on version tab in the properties of the executable. Click on "File Version" among the Item names and check the Value.
2 Which operating system(s) are your MDM application components running on? What is the version?
3 Which database system is your MDM running on? What is the version?
4 Give a detailed step-by-step description of how the error can be reproduced. It is more helpful if you provided us a screenshot describing the issue.
5 Please attach a screen shot of the error.
6 Please provide us the version of the used ABAP API.
7 Please provide us the version of the used WebAS Stack.
8 If possible please provide an archive of the repository. If the archive is bigger than 4 Mb, please send the files via SAPMATS and the link where the files are available. If you don't have access to sapmats, please let us know, we will create a container for you where you can upload the files.
9 Provide us please the login name and password to the repository.
10 Please provide the exact date and time in GMT, when the error occurred.
11 Please provide relevant server log files. (e.g. Windows: server logs in directory:
from this folder please provide us only the files which contains the name of the repository and the date and time when the error occurred.)
12 Please provide us access to ABAP system with debugging rights.Please open a WTS connection to your System according to the following Notes. Please don't forget to provide the logon data:

13 Please provide us the name of an existing test program that reproduces the problem.
