Not all sessions are displayed in the SAPLOGON context menu.
We changed the architecture with SAPGUI 6.10. All sessions started by SAPLOGON run in a process. The session started by SAPGUI (for example, remote connection to the customer system) runs in another process. The list only displays those sessions that belong to the SAPLOGON process.
Deadlocks often occur between the various processes when you try to display all sessions in Version 6.10.
For Windows SAP GUI for 620 see SAP 552646 and 546591
Session management without using deadlocks is planned as of SAP GUI 6.40.Not all sessions are displayed in the SAPLOGON context menu.
