Partner Services Advisor (PSA), for the VAR & SI Partner Track of SAP, specifically managing MENA Region. The PSA is a core position in the Global Partner Operations and Services unit within the Global Partner and Ecosystem Group of SAP.
The Partner Services Advisor is a highly responsible consulting role that develops and maintains a personal and professional relationship with SAPs Partner ecosystem.
In this position, the PSA will provide services to a dedicated group of partners (VAR &SI Partners of SAP) and furthermore interact with technical SAP experts throughout the company. The PSA will increase partner satisfaction, enable partners productivity and contribute to SAPs growth strategy.
PSA provides access to a cohesive set of education and enablement support resources to help SAP Partners succeed through all phases of your relationship with SAP. The PSA will primarily focus on capability development by maintaining an ongoing dialogue with a set of designated partners.
PSA coaches partners in understanding the full benefits of the partnership program, empowers partners at a technical level on SAP products and solutions, helps streamline their companys operations, and assists achieving business targets.
The role requires you to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the partner landscape, key regional business imperatives, SWOT analysis of each partners capabilities and proactively assist the partner to build on this analysis.
Professional background Preferred
A minimum of 5, and up to 8 years of professional experience in the following streams:
Working & Cultural knowledge in Managing MENA region with Arabic Speaking knowledge a must.
Business Analyst in a reputed IT Services Company
Client Account Manager in an Enterprise Software company
Alliance Manager / Partner Manager in Software Business
Pre sales Specialist with Customer Demo Presentations experience.
MBA from a reputed institute with IT major will be an advantage
Working knowledge of Arabic Language a strong added advantage.
First level exposure to Enterprise Software Solutions. SAP experience preferred.
Ability to articulate key functionalities of solution set/modules where the candidate has strong exposure to.
Have good understanding of partnership management in IT space in SME space.
Knowledge on sales/marketing & partner relationship processes will be important for quick ramp up in the team.
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of volume business processes on management & enablement side.
Enthusiastic & pro-active, willing to take initiative and weave his/her way through complex organization structures.
Experience with CRM systems in the service & support industry will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills in managing networks with colleagues and partners from different countries
Strong project coordination and planning capabilities are essential to excel as PSA.
Exhibit confidence in leading discussions on business and technology topics.
