Picking Quantity is Not Determined Automatically in the Delivery

No Wm module is implemented for the delivery.
How the Picking Quantity will be determined automatically in the Delivery. Now we are entering the Picking Quantity manually in Picking Tab.
Actually my client process is creates deliveries from vl10a here he wanted the material to be picked and goes to vl06o picking tab here they selects a variant general and there enters sales area and group the deliveries and goes for again post goods issue tab and enter the group number but the deliveries are not displayed as they are not picked. Actually, I have configured with EK00 output type to the shipping point. It worked fine, but the other materials using this shipping point are also picked automatically but my client only one material type to pick automatically which we use separate sales order type and sales area for this material.is there any buisiness structure only this material to be picked automatically in a shipping point and others using shipping point should not be picked automatically.
