Technical expertise in one or more technologies in the platform (SAP Basis/Abap, SalesForce)
Strong understanding of software languages, platforms, tools, ITIL framework and methodologies such as SDLC and agile.
Demonstrate an understanding of systems within TIS and aware of systems and architecture.
Provide technical leadership and is accountable for the timely delivery of project(s).
Ability to provide technical consultancy on solutions, defect triage calls, etc.

Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
