As an Analyst, you will be required to perform manual/automated data enrichment tasks (i.e. supplier, invoice, or catalog record classifications) or knowledge base enhancement tasks per ADES (Ariba Data Enrichment Services) operating procedures by using ADE (Ariba Data Enrichment) tool. This person also performs final quality assurance functions for other team members before enrichment results get delivered to final customers. The Analyst's primary responsibilities are to complete various data enrichment task within due dates as well as to ensure that data quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Invoice Data Classification - classify customer invoice records by using UNSPSC (The United Nations Standard Products and Services Code)
Supplier Data Enrichment map the client supplier data to matching supplier records in the ADE supplier base, thus providing parent and company specific business risk information
Catalog Data Enrichment classify, normalize, and rationalize the catalog information by using ADE tool
Suggest improvement areas
On-time delivery of all activities
Proactively escalate issues to ADES leadership
Basic Minimum Qualifications
Graduation/Diploma in any stream
Intermediate Level of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data manipulation)
3 years of professional experience in a related field
UNSPSC classification experience
Customer management experience
1-2 years of Procurement experience is preferred
Transaction management experience (invoicing/ requisition/ contracting)
Four year Engineering Degree preferred
Intermediate level of Access Database preferred
Commodity Knowledge (specifically MRO , Healthcare, Electronics/ Electrical, Chemical)
Procurement & Invoicing Knowledge
Ariba Product Knowledge (specifically Ariba Analysis, Ariba Network & Ariba Buyer)
Six Sigma/ Lean knowledge
Secondary languages as necessary based on hiring region
