Primary Skills:- SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) consultant with core experience in various modules of SAP CRM such as Sales, Service, marketing, Interaction Centre, customer service management, web UI configuration
The role is located in VSSI (Vodafone Shared Services India) Pune within the Project EVO, responsible for providing shared services to operating companies throughout the Vodafone group using SAP applications. The resource will provide Functional guidance and solution in regards with the EVO CRM roadmaps
To be part of the EVO Application Development team in order to architect the solution design.
Analysis of business requirements.
Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)
Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
To ensure the delivery of enterprise ready, scalable functionality of cross functional solutions focusing on SAP CRM Interaction Centre.
To manage strategic initiatives within Cross Functions
