In depth understanding of the SAP CRM 7.0 (EHP 2 and EHP3) Application.
Must have good knowledge and experience in SAP CRM for the below Modules
o SAP CRM Marketing: Marketing Plan, Campaign Management, Multi-Channel Campaign Execution, Campaign Automation, Lead Management, Survey Management, Customer Segmentation (High-Volume Segmentation), Activity Management,
o Interaction Centre: Service Agent Management, Interaction Record, Service Request Management, Multi-Level Categorization, Fact Sheet Integration, Scripting, Integration of SAP BCM with SAP CRM Interaction Centre.
Must have very good knowledge of SAP CRM Base Configuration and Backend Integration with SAP ERP via Middleware for the following:
o SAP CRM Master Data: Business Partner Master, Product Master, Pricing Management, Installbase Management, Warranty Management, etc. Integration with SAP ERP via CRM Middleware.
o SAP CRM Transaction Data: Organization Determination, Partner Management, Pricing in Transaction, Status Management, Action Profiles, Copy Controls and Follow-up Documents, Contract Determination, Campaign Determination, etc.
Excellent command over SAP CRM Business Roles and PFCG Roles and Authorizations.
Must have good experience in designing enhancements in SAP CRM from Process Perspective.
Must have good experience in business blueprinting and business process mapping.
Should be hands on with SAP CRM configurations.
Understanding of SAP ABAP will be added advantage.
Should have good communication skills.
Following is the required Experience:
Should have overall 8+ Years of experience in conceptualizing, designing and implementing SAP CRM base solutions.
Must have at least 4-6 years of extensive experience in implementing SAP CRM. Must have worked in at-least 2 end to end implementation projects as SAP CRM Module Lead.
Should have implementation experience in SAP SD in at-least 1-2 implementation projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Interact with the client project team for requirement gathering and design discussions.
Formulate and propose the solutions for the business requirements.
Ensure the completion of all the required project documentation.
Drive the functional solution design for implementing the SAP CRM solution and Enhancements for mapping the clients business requirements.
Participate and advice in structuring the technical discussions with the SAP CRM Technical Teams and Landscape architecture Teams.
Prepare for and participate in the project status review meetings.
Participate in the required organizational initiatives.
