6 + years of experience in SAP HR.
Strong experience in SAP HR End to end Implementation experience is must. Candidate should be flexible to travel onsite (within India or outside).
Must have customer facing experience.
Should have the ability to map the HR Business Processes in SAP
Minimum 6 years (In consulting),
Should have worked on at least two end to end implementations/upgrades. Expertise in in PA, OM, Positive Time Management, Payroll (India Payroll) & ESS / MSS.
E-Recruitment / LSO desirable.
Domain Experience: Minimum 5 years (no recruiter role / experience)
