Will we need Material Tax Classification for Sales?
Yes. It shall be required and has to be maintained in material master beneath the view Sales - Sales Org Data1, Tax data section.
How do the Ship to party and bill to party function?
SAP – As per the present rules, the Bill to party has to be kept in mind for calculating taxes. Please refer to the notes delivered from SAP
For intra state supply within same taxable entity i.e. billing without tax, how is the billing done.
SAP – Waiting for some more clarification as far as the documents required from a legal standpoint.
