Dear Gurus,

We have SAP ECC EHP6 on SUSE LINUX Release 11 Kernel Linux 3.0. 13-0.27-default. I recently upgraded the kernel to 720_EXT_REL 64 bit

UNICODE patch 500.

I noticed this lately we have a lot ST22 dumps:

I have applied note 1717356, 1913425, and 1920885 but still there are a lot of below dumps.

I appreciate if you can give me some inputs.

    What Version of the SAP GUI are you using and is it patched to the latest patch?

    Our company is still using sapgui 720 patch 17. Is that really out of date?

    Release: 730 Final release
    Patch level: 5

    As far is SAP AG is concerned, if you are more than 1 patch level off of current, then you are out of date.
    It sure looks to me like the dumps are caused by the 'old' SAP GUI version.

    With ECC EHP6 you should be on the 7.30 GUI and latest patch.

    SAPGUi 7,20 has been out of support since April 2013. you are out of support for 6 months now.
