I have a scenario w.r.t Vendor Payment.
1) At present, before issuing payment to Vendor, an internal note of Payment is created from Legacy System which covers following items - Vendor, Invoice numbers for which payment needs to be done, Total Amount to disburse, Date, Cheque no if any.
2) This payment note is sent to Accountant, Accountant then checks the print out.
3) If all ok then Authorized person approves the payment. Payment is then released.
My question is w.r.t Payment Advice (point 2). I can see using T Code: FBE1 payment advice can be created however I do not see provision to select multiple Invoices if any for which note can be generated.
How can we serve this Business requirement?
