Request/task SAPKIEN06G does not exist

Hello SAP Experts,

While importing support package on a Add-on SEM-BW or FINBASIS system the process abort automatically.

Case 1) I want import SP with t-code SPAM in a system which is using Add-Ons SEM-BW 3.1B and FINBASIS 1.0B.

Note: When upgraded BW system Add-Ons SEM-BW 3.1B and FINBASIS 1.0B got installed

When trying to import Support package with transaction SPAM I am getting a message such as:

'Request/task SAPKIEN06G does not exist'

'Request/task SAPKIEQ02G does not exist' .the

Case 2) And when importing SEM-BW 400 support packages 1 - 5 via t-code SPAM in one line ( SAPKGS4001 - SAPKGS4005 ) during the test import phase I getting a warning such as:

Function /EACC/UPGRADE_ACC_ENGINE (/EACC/UPGRADE 01) does not fit into the existing function group ((/EACC/ACC_ENGINE_FUNCS 02)).

Please help me to resove this issue

For the first case please import the relevent document and then re-start importing support package with transaction SPAM. You have to unpack the request as it is archived in SAPCAR file with command SAPCAR -xvf CE3K004421.SAR inside the directory DIR_TRANS of the system ( i.e. /usr/sap/trans ).
And for the second case please ignore the warning by selecting 'Ignore test import errors' inside the menu of support package manager.
