How to delete the old Spool request for particular user after 5 days.

Hi,

I need to delete the old spool request for particular user after 5 days.Can you help me for this one.

USE SP01 -> enter user name -> find out old spool and delete.

HI,

by default retention period of spool request is 8 days i.e it's deleted after 8 days.

so you need to set retention period for 5 days.

set the following instance profile parameter

rspo/req_lifetime -> 5

save,active the profile and restart the sap application server.

Thank for your reply.you said that all spool requests are deleted
after 8 days.example,consider a jan month the spool request is deleted
from 1st to 8th on 9 th date.But i want to keep the spool request of
6th,7th and 9th.date.how to do that.Please help me.

HI,

Spool request will delete after 8 days means 1 st jan spool request will delete on 9 th jan

2 nd jan spool request will delete on 10 th jan and so on.
