Im working with an Excel spreadsheet containing about 250,000 rows with 200 columns. I have to make 2000 new spreadsheets that are way smaller, each having a PowerPoint file with self generating graphs. Im looking for the ability to complete functions both within the spreadsheet and outside of it. Is placing all of the data in a MySQL file the easiest way to go about this or can I do it all in VBA Excel?
