Can any one explainn me what systems used in support
Is it Dev or Quality .
If we get any tickets where do we work?
please share your helpfull thoughts,

If we received ticket, we worked in development server & consultant check the configuration, if there is no error then move to quality server, there user has to check & give user acceptance check. then only move to production server.
Tickets means errors or bugs forwarded by the end user.
