We are running on HRSP SAPKE60467. The payroll driver is pulling some terminated employees in on a regular payroll run. Some of these Employees have been gone for over 6 months without coming in to payroll. Our last Pay period we had 73 zero checks for these employees. For some reason, I thought that employment status zero always prevented the employee from coming in to the payroll run. I think that somehow the master data retro date was set back on these folks and that is how they ended up in the payroll run. For some reason, I also thought that for this to work, we needed to set the pay up to date in Info type 3.
Can someone help me understand what is going on in our system?
