Add/Delete the tcode from a Role in PFCG

Updated May 18, 2018

Hello,

I used to add/delete transactions in pfcg, i know there is a way...for e.g. you create a role in pfcg and assign two transactions lets say sm50 and sm51.
Later on you want to delete a transaction from above (sm50 or sm51). I know you click somewhere in menu tab in pfcg to display those above transactions and you can delete or add transactions but i totally forgot how to do it and i used to do it all the time.

Does anyone know???

Regards

    Hi,

To delete the tcode from a role,
    > you execute PFCG
    > specify the role name
    > change mode
    > click on "Menu" tab, you should see already the current tcodes
    > if you see only the description of the tcode ( say, "user maintenance " instead of SU01 ) click on the "Swith On technical names ". This button looks like a magnifying glass
with a "+" sign inside. In my screen, it is located behind the " print menu " an "Delete All nodes ".
    > select the tcode you want to delete
    > righ click on the selected tcode,
    > then choose delete node

    Hope this helps.
