A user has been recreated in Transaction SU01. The system is showing certain behaviors:
1. If the old SAPOffice address data is already being existing for the current user. The system then sends information to the administrator with system information message, that data is been adopted for a new user. This helps user maintenance when the need is to recreate when a user had been deleted. Since an administrator is not able to prevent old data that is transferred. In case the data is not needed then it should be changed on ADRESS TAB manually.
2. SAPOffice address data are not matching with address data for the last user with same name.
The above problem is because of the missing functions and the other is that due to error.
The necessary thing is to Import all relevant Support Package.
Manual step that is useful.
If implemented a correction instructions for the Release 6.10 then create: tSUSR_SAP_OFFICE_BUFFER_CLEAR
it is a function module in SUUA functional group with following text
Delete SAPOffice address data buffer.
It is not needed to maintain anything in interface of function module.
After the correction is imported then the system shows a dialog box. When is come then the user can decide if they need to transfer old SAPOffice address data or not. The text available in the dialog box is displayed in English Language. To access another language see the instructions of Support package.
